Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using TimelyNet Meetings.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
1.2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
"Company" refers to AspectSoft.
"Service" refers to the TimelyNet Meetings platform, accessible via the web and mobile applications.
"User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual, business, or organization accessing or using the Service.
"Content" refers to text, images, videos, or other material that is posted, uploaded, or made available on the Service.
2. Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if Your account is compromised.
Account Termination: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time if You violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
Purpose: TimelyNet Meetings provides tools for booking meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating appointments.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
Impersonating another person or entity.
Accessing or attempting to access another user’s account.
Changes to Service: The Company may update, modify, or discontinue certain features of the Service at its discretion.
5. Payment and Subscription Plans
Subscription Plans: TimelyNet Meetings offers subscription plans with varying features. Users can subscribe to these plans according to their needs.
Billing: Payment is required at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to the Service.
Refunds: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws.
Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to change subscription fees. We will notify You of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
User Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. However, You grant the Company a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.
Company Content: All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of AspectSoft. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Company's intellectual property without explicit permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. AspectSoft has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
We strongly advise You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services You interact with.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AspectSoft and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount You paid for the Service, or $100 if no payment was made.
10. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or viruses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to You.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AspectSoft and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of Your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of any intellectual property.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Xanthi.
13. Dispute Resolution
If You have a dispute with the Company, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting AspectSoft’s support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the jurisdiction specified in the Governing Law section.
14. Severability and Waiver
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce them at a later time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the changes are significant, we will notify You at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are effective constitutes Your agreement to be bound by them.
16. Translation Interpretation
These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of a conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version will prevail.
